Bagels with jam

Ingredients:

Flour - 300 g
Butter - 150 g
Sour cream - 100 g
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Sugar - 50 g
Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
Salt - a pinch
Jelly - 200 g
Powdered sugar - for sprinkling
Preparation:

Preparation of the dough:

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add the diced cold butter and knead with the flour until crumbly.
Add the sour cream and egg yolk and knead the dough.
Form the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Shape the bagels:

Divide the dough into several pieces and roll each into a circle.
Cut the circle into sectors and place the jam on the wide edge of each sector.
Roll the sectors into bagels, starting at the wide edge.
Baking:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place the bagels on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Serving:

Cool the bagels and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
